HOW TO USE THE MANA GEL


USE BEFORE

We recommend eating a Mana Gel 15-20 minutes BEFORE your activity, ride, or race. No need to mix it with water. Simply rip off the top and squeeze!

USE DURING

Eat Mana Gels EVERY 45 minutes of activity. Especially if you feeling a lack of energy, lightheaded, or the dreaded "Bonk" approaching.

Why you should use a gel?

Mana Performance Gels are a great source of energy during prolonged or intense exercise. They are designed to provide a quick and easily digestible source of carbohydrates & electrolytes. Here are some helpful tips of when to consume our Mana gels:

 BEFORE ACTIVITY:For longer training sessions, consuming a sports gel about 15-30 minutes before the workout can help "top off" your energy stores.

 DURING ACTIVITY: Sports gels are commonly used during long-duration endurance activities such as running, cycling, or triathlons. It is generally recommended to consume a gel every 45 minutes to an hour during these activities to help maintain energy levels. For athletes who cannot eat on-the-go, it's recommended to consume a gel between motos or during pit-stops.

 HIGH-INTENSITY WORKOUTS:If you're engaging in high-intensity workouts or activities that deplete your glycogen stores quickly, such as interval training or intense team sports, consuming a gel before or during the session may help provide a quick energy boost.
